1. Nature of the service
IvyDrafts provides custom academic writing, research help and study materials. Delivered work is intended as a reference to support your own learning. You agree to use it in line with your institution's academic-integrity policy.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to use the service. By registering you confirm that you are.
3. Orders and payment
- An order is confirmed once payment succeeds, and the deadline runs from that point.
- Prices are shown in US dollars before you pay, and payment is taken through our secure checkout.
- Wallet credit cannot be refunded once it has been used toward an order.
4. Revisions
Each order includes free revisions, provided the request falls within the original instructions. Requests that change or add to the original scope are treated as new orders.
5. Refunds
You get a full refund if your paper is delivered late or if you cancel before work starts. If you cancel after work has started, a partial refund applies. See the money-back guarantee for details.
6. Confidentiality
We do not disclose your identity, order details or uploaded files to anyone outside what is needed to complete your order.
7. Intellectual property
Once an order is paid in full, you receive a license to use the delivered work for personal study. We claim no rights over the source materials you upload.
8. Prohibited use
You may not resell, redistribute or publish delivered work as commercial content, or use the service in any way that breaks the law.
9. Limitation of liability
Our liability in any dispute is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation before any formal proceedings.
